Book a demo

Book twenty minutes.

Bring a piece of footage you have already shot. We run a real edit on it, open the decisions panel, and show you what the machine decided and why. No slides, and nothing to install.

Twenty minutes, screen shared. If your footage is not a fit for Studio, we say so on the call rather than after it.

Tell us what you record

Seven fields. The two that matter most are how much footage you shoot and what you want to fix.

We reply with a time window and a short list of what to have ready. No sequence, no reminder emails.

Not built yet
There is no calendar integration and no email system anywhere in Studio. This form would record the request and stop there — no confirmation email, no invitation, no reminder, and no way for you to move the time yourself. What would have to exist first: a scheduling provider (to offer real slots and write the invitation) and an email provider (to confirm the request and send the joining link). Until both exist, booking a call honestly means writing to the contact page and waiting for a person.
Exactly what the twenty minutes covers
1 A real edit on your own footage ~8 min
2 The decisions panel, opened and read together ~5 min
3 The chat — asking for a change in plain words ~4 min
4 A plan recommendation, with the minutes worked out ~3 min

Bring one file, not a folder. Uploading during the call takes longer than the call itself — send it beforehand and the twenty minutes are spent reading the edit, not watching a progress bar.

Who this call is for
  • You publish video every week and editing is the bottleneck.
  • You already have hours of footage sitting unedited.
  • You have a deadline — a series, a launch, a client delivery.
  • You want to see the reasoning, not just the finished file.
And who it is not for
Studio is self-serve. Everything on this site — the edit, the decisions, the chat, the credits — you can do on your own in the first ten minutes, with 30 free minutes and no card. A twenty-minute call is only worth your time if you have roughly 20+ hours of footage a month or a client deadline to hit. If you record an hour a month, the free tier will answer your questions faster than we can.
What people ask on the call
What exactly does a credit buy?
One credit is one minute of source footage. A 42-minute interview costs 42 credits, charged once when the video finishes. Revisions and shorts made from a video you already paid for cost nothing.
Does it work for a two-hour podcast?
Yes — any length, as long as the total is inside your plan's per-video size limit (2 GB on Free, 8 GB on Creator). A two-hour recording is also exactly what the shorts feature is for: ten vertical clips out of one long file.
What happens to my footage?
It stays on Studio's own server for your plan's retention window — 7 days on Free, 30 on Creator, up to 365 on Business. You can delete a video's footage at any time; the editing notes, the chat and what the Studio learned about your preferences are kept, because those are what make your next video better.
Are revisions really free?
Yes. You are charged for the minutes you upload, not for how many times you ask it to be better. Every message makes a new version and the earlier ones stay, so you can always go back to the cut you preferred.
How does the example-video matching work?
Upload a video edited the way you want yours to feel. Studio measures its average shot length, caption style and size, cut rhythm, zoom strength, colour and music level, then applies those measurements to your footage. It copies the craft, never the content.
